The ceremony and reception will take place in Porto, Portugal.
The ceremony begins at 2 PM on September 12, 2026, at the Palácio da Bolsa (see map).
The venues are easily accessible, including Palácio da Bolsa, located in the city center, about 25 minutes from the airport by Uber or approximately 55 minutes by metro.
For those living in or staying in Porto, public transport is an option; the São Bento station is about a 13-minute walk from the Palace. There is also a private (paid) parking lot right in front of the building.
The second part of the day will take place at Praia da Luz restaurant/bar, in a beachfront setting.
Where to stay
For those who do not live in Porto, we suggest some places where you can stay near the dinner/party venue, within a short walking distance or a quick Uber ride.
The bride and groom will be staying in Foz, 400 m from Praia da Luz.
Wedding gift
Living abroad makes it impractical to carry belongings, and our house already has everything we need. For anyone wishing to contribute to our honeymoon, this gesture will become part of the memories we will create on this very special trip. 🇯🇵

dress code
Formal.
For the wedding dress code, we suggest considering some practical details about the venues where the celebration will take place. The ceremony will be held in a formal, indoor setting at the Palácio da Bolsa.
The second part of the celebration will be at a restaurant by the beach, with outdoor access. The outdoor area has wooden planks, so wearing Stiletto heels might not be the most comfortable option.
Although dinner will be indoors, to fully enjoy the outdoor space, we recommend bringing a light jacket. Being a beachfront location in the north of the country, there may be some wind (be mindful of your hair!) and the temperature tends to drop as night falls.
